Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
How do I return an item purchased on fengshuipledge?
fengshuipledge offers an Easy Return Policy, where you can raise a return or exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the order. We also accept partial returns, allowing you to return one or more items from your order.
Step-by-Step Return Process:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email at fengshuipledge@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Step 2: Provide your Order ID and state whether you want a return, replacement, or refund. Please attach a photo of the product and the invoice for reference.
Step 3: Refund or exchange will only be processed after we receive the product in its original packaging, with seals, labels, tags, and accessories intact. The product must be unused and undamaged. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the unused products to us.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, invoice, original box, freebies, or accessories

Defective products not covered under the seller/manufacturer warranty

Do I need to return the free gift?
Yes. Any free gift or promotional item received with your order must be returned along with the original product.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can initiate a return, replacement, or refund for individual items in a multi-item order. However, ensure that all related components, complimentary items, and original packaging are returned.
